Stay Curious
you don’t have to have all the answers…
This strategy is about resisting the “all-knowing and always knowing” teacher disposition. Reacting to student conjectures, hypotheses, and questions with shared curiosity and awe rather than judgment encourages greater and more diverse student participation.
Examples:
- Neutral reactions
- Redirecting questions
- Beginner’s Mind
